To Canadain teachers - should I make the move ???

| Hi, I'm a Canadian secondary teacher with a BED. I'm currently struggling with the lack of jobs in B.C. I'm considering coming to the UK to teach. I seem to have read some pretty negative things about teaching in the UK. I need a Canadian perspective!!!! Should I do the agency thing or should I stay in Canada and continue subbing. I hate those freaking 5:30 am calls!!! My Mother is British so I have dual citizenship so that's why I'm considering the UK. Anyone got some advice!!!Thank you! |

If you don't you'll only regret it! It's great here, you just need to make the move and enjoy the adventure - great country, great people and the teaching can be tough but the most rewarding i've ever had. Frost siad it best
