To Canadain teachers - should I make the move ???

Hi, I'm a Canadian secondary teacher with a BED. I'm currently struggling with the lack of jobs in B.C. I'm considering coming to the UK to teach. I seem to have read some pretty negative things about teaching in the UK. I need a Canadian perspective!!!! Should I do the agency thing or should I stay in Canada and continue subbing. I hate those freaking 5:30 am calls!!! My Mother is British so I have dual citizenship so that's why I'm considering the UK. Anyone got some advice!!!Thank you!

If you don't you'll only regret it! It's great here, you just need to make the move and enjoy the adventure - great country, great people and the teaching can be tough but the most rewarding i've ever had. Frost siad it best
