Hi folks, I have registered with bluewave just recently and I must say I am pretty impressed. They are ringing me next week to do the recorded interview and I just wondered what that was like for you ? Ive done interviews before, but not on the phone, tho I can see it makes total sense in this instance. Im in Ireland btw but just about to make the move over to England if all goes well. Whats been your experience of the phone interview ? What the duration of the call ? Your general impressions or advice would be welcome.

Hello, I just did my phone interview about 2 weeks ago and it is very simple. I spoke with Carly and right at the beginning of the call she went through what I could expect, just basically, saying who you are and where you are from, your experience up to that point, answering the three questions they give you to plan for and the few other questions. They asked if I had any other questions after the interview was over and that was it! She said it can take between 20 and 40 minutes, mostly depending on your answer length. Mine was relatively short, but I'm newly qualified so I don't have as much experience to relate in my answers. Hope that helps!

Shortly after i did my recorded interview they had a school who wanted to hire me before the school had spoken to me!! Very strange but there you go - the power of the internet i guess -had a good chat with a couple of heads and took the best option. i think it's a good system
