| I returned a few months ago from teaching english in Korea. I was there for a year and had a great time. That being said, I suffered many ups and many downs and it was definitely a challenging time for me. If you're ready to make tons of sacrafices and have a truly challenging adventure, you'll have a great time. But, if you're looking for easy money instead of a life experience, you might not wish to take part in the adventures of Korea. Keep in mind however, this is based on my own personal experiences and personality. |

I've taught in Korea and had a very good experience. There are lots of opportunities, the pay is good, and the accomodations are quite good.
I am from the US and I used a Canadian agency called Footprints Recruiting (please tell them Joyce Fischer referred you, if you decide to use them). You can also see lots of good positions posted on Daveseslcafe.com.
