Is it possible to get full time job without consultancy companies?

| i am an indian teacher ( 11, 12th grades maths teacher with 17 years of experience ) working in USA right now. Is it possible to come over there directly without meeting any private consulting companies? how much can I expect my salary if I work in only urban areas like london, manchester o somewhere? |
