As an American, we're told that one page concise resume is that way to go - if I"m uploading my CV onto the bluewave website - should I convert it to look more "European"? Does anybody have any experience in this area?

I am not sure if it is more european but certainly the principals here like to find out a bit more about you than principals back home. I guess this is because the jargon is different here and the principals do not have the benefit of knowing the schools in your local area. I was advised to give information about the types of schools i had taught in and the kind of students i have experienced. They are just trying to make a judgement on whether they think you will fit into their school.

There's a definite difference between the two -- Google it and you'll find everything you need.

GOod luck!

Bluewave actually just sent me a template so my questions have been answered. Thanks for the replies - there is a definite difference!

Bluewave provides an appropriate format. If in doubt, put your data into their form. At least look at it ok? I wouldn't worry too much though... ;-)
