Teaching in North West England

Hi, I'm a Drama/Music teacher from Australia (Perth) currently applying for jobs in the North West area of England to start in April, particularly around Manchester and Preston. Just wondering if anyone travelling from overseas is teaching around those areas or if anyone is heading over around this time :-)
