Any information on Teaching in Washington Dc

Just a short note. I am a Mathematics/History teacher from ireland and i am trying to look at ways to get into teaching in washington Dc. If anyone can point me in the right direction i can attain this i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Be prepared to work in the DC public schools system. I teach in a county just near DC and teachers who teach in DC public schools move all the time. The students are extremely difficult and some if not most schools are what you call title one schools that are very challenging. Do not get discouraged but just brace yourself.
