I am a Spanish teacher trying to get a job in the U.K. I've been reading your messages, but I still have a lot of doubts. I have read there are some pages here with some information, but I have not been able to get them. I need to know about salary scale and way of living there: rent, utilities, transportation, etc...
I have a thirteen years experience in education working in Colombia and U.S.A.
I would appreciate any help,

Look at the general board -- pay scales, requirements to come here, blogs you can read for an overview of the whole thing (getting job, paperwork, moving, teaching, living).
