Canadian Teacher moving to England

Hi there! Well I made the decision...I am moving to England to teach for a few years and travel around Europe in my holidays. I have taught in Korea, Winnipeg (Manitoba) and in the Canadian Northwest Territories (What an adventure that was!) and have decided after teaching adults for two years in Winnipeg that I can no longer fend off my travel bug. A bit about myself, I am 29 (in July I turn 30), love working out, being outside, and traveling. Would love to make some friends in England before I get there. Hi, No position yet and so I don't know which part of England. I hope to get something just outside of london in southern or eastern England.
