today has finally come... my bags are all packed and i'm heading off to the little island over the large pond and starting my summer job... i just want to wish good luck to everyone who has already accepted posts but also to those who are still waiting!!!

Jess, I hope you have a safe flight, make sure you keep us posted, did you ever start a blog? I heard today from another agency that a school in Suffolk MIGHT want to do a phone interview since they have requested to review my details. So keep fingers crossed.
Just being nosy how much was airfair for you to fly now? The cheapest I've seen in August is a little under 500. |

not nosey at all.. i'd be asking you the same question, if it were reversed.. i flew out of dayton for around 500 one way... when you do that, make sure you can proove to passport control you either have a return or enough funds to buy a ticket back.. unless you are getting a longer than 6 month permit..
