I am trying to register with Bluewave and have emailed all the information they've asked for (CV, reference contact info, copy of my teaching certification) but over the past three days I keep getting emails back requesting all the information I just sent. The emails look exactly like a "form" response and it's beginning to upset me. The last such response actually had my previous email (where I highlighted all the information that was asked for) included. It seems to me that no one is actually bothering to LOOK at my email or open the documents attached to it. Has anyone had a similar experience with them? I am approaching the point of just going with another company, despite all the great things I've heard about Bluewave.

WOW! That's a new one to me. When I went through the process, Bluewave provided tons of individual support and was always prompt to help me and offer suggestions of improvement...etc. Maybe they are training a new staff member (just a guess, I don't know).

My suggestion would be be break things down into small clear "bits" of information like you would do with a student who is struggling to learn a new concept. For example,
1) curriculum vitea can be found in the 1st attachment to this email

2)References are found in attachments 2, 3, and 4
...etc

Got to say though, that this situation has to be very unusual as you are the first I've heard it from.

Good luck sorting it all out....and by the way its worth the effort. ;-)

Just an update:

I did get this whole thing straightened out. I sent a fourth email explaining the attachments and finally received a response stating that they'd created my folder.

Thanks for your response, Meli.

This is my second year in England and I started my research for this experience a year before I came. As for how many posts that actually means I've made...I don't know, but since it is so important to you I suggest you go and count them.

Again cheers
