Questions for Primary/ Elementary Teachers

I have been reading on here about the typical secondary schedule... Just wondering if there are any primary teachers on here that could tell about a typical day for them. What are the differences btw UK and US primary education?

I would also like to know the differences, as I am teaching in the US at the moment, and moving to the UK this year to teach.

Hello, This would be very helpful information to me as well. I have always taught at the elementary level as a special education teacher. I am now specifically a dyslexia specialist. I am hoping to find a special education position, but since there is not a great demand for special ed. teachers in the UK, I am wondering what the elementary day is like. Thanks to anyone! Nicole
