| My school also automatically splits my pay up into 12 month installments. I came through a different agency, but with them a friend I met at school was able to be paid by the day for the first 2 weeks since she would not have been able to afford the move otherwise. She actually ended up with more money that way in the beginning, but now is paid by the month. The nice thing about how the pay works at my school is you get paid for the two weeks you've worked and then two weeks ahead so you don't have to wait a full month to recieve a paycheck, just two weeks from when school began (we get paid on the 19th). |
