| I read on one website that the UK system of lesson planning can seem onerous to overseas trained teachers. What does this mean? What is involved in UK lesson planning? |

| I don't know what they mean by 'onerous'. I think the key is to be prepared. The National Curriculum does a lot of the work for you as it is quite a rigid structure. However, it can be tough when you first get here as there is so much to learn. My advice would be to do some research on the curriculum before you get here and plan, plan, plan! |
