New teacher needs help!!

Okay! I need advice!
I'm a new primary/elementary teacher with little "real" teaching experience! I come from a place where it is basically impossible to get substituting days, let alone a real teaching job, so I've accepted the fact that I have to move away.
I spent 3.5 months finishing my degree in England teaching a year 5/6 class working with a cooperating teacher, so I am somewhat familiar with the school system. I really enjoyed it which is why I'm considering trying to get a job in the UK.
Basically, I would like to know if this is crazy! Should I be more experienced before I tackle an overseas position...if I managed to get one?
Any advice would be muchly appreciated!! |

| What country are you living in? I don't think it's crazy to move for the work, if you like the area and have had experience teaching in England, too. Do the agencies have any minimum experience requirement in terms of years of full-time teaching? If not, go for it! |
