Worked for University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) in China as Academic Head and was responsible for English, ICT, Business, Physics and Mathematics. Managed team of 14 other Subject Teachers and successfully delivered IGCSE (as equivalent to the UK GCSE), GCE O-level and A-level curriculum (both exam paper and coursework with accordance of UK national standards and subject unit specifications).

Achieved 91% student pass rate and helped 59 students for their further education in an international centre.

Voted as "Best teacher" in a poll of 2005 by student and student\'s parents! Rating was based on effective classroom management, multicultural awareness, student motivation, interactive learning and differentiated instruction.
