Roger's information
I have the experience of teaching at all grade levels and subjects, at least to some degree. As a specialist in Social Science, I can teach history, anthropology, geography, economics, world history, home economics, life skills, ESL, EFL, TEST TAKING, IELTS, cross cultural language and academic development(CLAD), English language learners, advise clubs and class groups, cultural history, political science and basic educational skills.
I have good classroom management skills and get along with students well. I have counselling training and skills which help me understand student problems in the new century. I have drug and alcohol counselling education and skills and have worked at several rehabilitation clinics and houses.
I have raised several daughters (which are grown up and gone), so I have first hand experience as a parent as well as a teacher.
I have lived and worked in Somerset, UK on a University visa in 1997, through BUNAC, which was a great experience! I think my education, experiences and skills will translate to the UK quite well and that I could be a great asset to a school.
