In addition to this I am experienced in working with students that have learning disabilities, including FAS, ADD, Autism. My approach is to use patience and understanding in assisting them with their learning. Whenever appropriate and necessary, I utilized my skills and training in group guidance and counseling to win the cooperation of difficult students and bridge gaps to enhance the learning process. I strongly believe that my personal approach to classroom management and interaction with students and teachers can make a significant contribution to the teaching/learning process in the classroom.
I am an open-minded and flexible individual who uses a common sense of approach to help students. I am a life-long adult learner, who is dedicated to a holistic teaching philosophy that features inclusion and technological integration.
