My objection is to obtain a full-time position as an Elementary or Special Education teacher. I am a newly qualified teacher from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania doing a Bachelor in Elementary Education and Special Education. I believe that every child can learn. As a teacher, it is important to teach the way the students learn best. My philosophy of education is to be proactive. Being proactive requires the teacher to anticipate any situations that may arise. I also believe in fostering relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. I have been dedicated to teaching since I was 15 years old. At the age of 15, I started to teach swimming. Providing children with the skills to be successful in the water helped me to realize my dream of becoming a teacher. As a classroom teacher, I will now be able to provide children with the skills necessary to be successful in the real world.
