I have an insight into what motivates learners, mainly how education can truly benefit them. This sets me apart from other applicants. There are no obstacles, only solutions, and I will continue to work hard to find ways to support student’s needs. Typically students don’t care how much a teacher knows until they know how much they care. As an experienced teacher I know how to stimulate students’ interests by creating inspiring and diverse learning experiences while maintaining classroom control. I am very proud of the work I have done helping students to achieve success. I look forward to many more years of teaching and espouse my full commitment to my work as an educator.
