I believe that every child can learn and we just need to motivate them somehow, every child is unique and has to be motivated differently. We should never forget the principal of individual differences; we must know that no matter how much we motivate everybody, everybody won’t end up getting perfect 100. However, we must work to minimise the gap between potential and achievement. Building a great relationship with the students is very important.

At age 24, I was the youngest teacher from India who got selected by the South Carolina Department of Education, USA. Since day one I have not let down anybody. I am committed to my students. I believe teaching in USA can be extremely challenging because no matter if you are the best teacher in the world, you have to be a great classroom manager too. I have seen teachers with numerous years of teaching experience fail here and sent back to India because they were not able to deal with discipline problems. I believe it is the right approach that matters and it is not just about experience.
