Mark's information

I began my final semester of school with a student teaching assignment at Mary Montgomery High School. I spent the semester, Aug 2007 – Dec 2007, teaching and observing 12th grade Government/Economics and 11th grade American History. I was in charge of daily attendance, discipline reports and any other administrative work that needed to be completed.

I also created and administered exams and was responsible for accuracy of grades and textbook management. Upon graduating in Dec 2007, I was offered a job at Baker High School to finish the school year teaching Health and Physical Education. I am responsible for maintaining discipline, creating lesson plans and evaluations, attendance, and all administrative work associated with the job. While in this position I have tried to employ my philosophy that students want to learn when you make them part of the process.
