With over eight years professional experience within varied practical and developmental roles as a Home Economics Teacher and a Certified Hospitality Trainer. My career highlights include appointed to oversee the catering services for the International Media at the 2007 ICC World Cup Cricket Event and the for Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) Examiners in Guyana; actively engaged in training and teaching Food and Nutrition, Clothing and Textiles, Home Economics Management to diverse student population, employing a range of teaching methods to reach individual student needs and higher student achievement. I have had the privilege of working with Primary, Community, and Senior Secondary schools and currently at a post Secondary Institution engaging with students of different walks of life and satisfying their individual needs. I firmly believe that Education is beyond the strict of academics.
