Teaching Biography

Melissa's information

I hold a degree in Elementary Education as well as a minor in Early Childhood Education. I am presently working as a teacher providing educational services to home based children. My position involves traveling around my community working one on one with students and their families. I am a volunteer at the North Dakota State School for the Blind and able to read and write in braille print.
I completed a term of practice teaching in Dublin Ireland during my teacher training. During my time in Ireland I was able to modify my formal teaching training to adapt with my new surroundings. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to an opportunity to teach abroad in the future.
