Drew's information

I love to teach and I love to travel, meet new people, experience new places, and challenge myself.

I feel that travel and participation benefit my teaching and personal growth even more than extensive reading.

Experiences like teaching abroad are very valuable to me and now may be the best time for me to create them. My experience as a student abroad (six months in Mexico) was one of the greatest of my life.

I work hard to adapt and to keep a positive attitude in any setting, and I feel that I am capable of handling almost any situation. That being said, there is still an ideal setting.
I work best in a school that has high expectations for its students and no tolerance for excuses. That same positive and challenging attitude should apply to the teachers and it should pervade the school without differences between expectation levels in different classrooms.
